MLG’s education practice promotes disability equality at all levels of education, from pre-k through graduate school. Our practice focuses on denials of reasonable accommodations, harassment or maltreatment, denial of service dogs and inaccessible school facilities.

There can be an overlap between a “fair and appropriate public education” (FAPE) under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) and the ADA right to full and equal access. We do not represent clients at IEP meetings but we do step in where the IEP process has failed to ensure an equal education.
